Nadell Cornelia Murray

            Mrs. Nadell Cornelia Murray, 97, of Burlington, NC passed away on Tuesday February 11, 2020 at White Oak Manor in Burlington. A native of Alamance Co. NC, she was the daughter of the late Karay S. and Ealer Staley Murray. Nadell was retired from Kayser-Roth with numerous years of service. She was a member of Carolina Christian Church where her faith for the Lord was strong and she loved her Church family. She was known for putting others before herself and she always enjoyed her family’s fishing and beach trips. Survivors include her sisters, Agnes Smith and Betty Ruth Hurlocker; her many loving nieces and nephews and other loving family members. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by a sister, Laura Jane Murray and her brothers, Homer and KT Murray. A graveside service will be held at 2:00 PM on Saturday February 15, 2020 at Carolina Community Cemetery. There will be no public visitation. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Carolina Christian Church (Missions Fund) at 2030 Carolina Rd, Burlington, NC 27217 or to the Faucette Fire Dept. 2164 Carolina Rd. Burlington, NC 27217.
