Mrs. O’Vera Elizabeth Johnson was born on February 03, 1943. She passed away on September 08, 2023, at the Hospice Home of Alamance-Caswell. O’Vera retired as a sales associate selling insurance for Aflac. Mrs. Johnson was the daughter of the late Samuel Oscar Johnson and Annie Lee Massey Johnson. O’Vera was a member of the American Business Women, Toastmasters Traditional, and Women of the Moose. Mrs. Johnson maintained her faith as a member of Providence Christian Church in Graham, NC.
O’Vera was preceded in death by her husband, Marion Frank Johnson, Sr., her son, Marion Frank Johnson Jr., her brothers, Vernon Johnson, Baxter Johnson, Burt Johnson, and her sister, Verla Bouldin.
Mrs. Johnson is survived by her daughter, Patricia J. Register and husband Stanley Register of Randleman, NC, her daughter-in-law, Sandra J. Johnson, and her grandson, Shane Johnson, of Siler City, NC.
A memorial service will be on Saturday, September 16, 2023, beginning at 10:00AM at McClure Funeral Home in Graham. The family will receive friends following the service .
