Peggy Talley

Peggy Hall Talley, 86, of Mebane passed away at her home on Wednesday, January 13, 2021 with family by her side.  She was a native of Caswell County, attended Cobb Memorial High School and was a faithful member of Oak Grove Baptist Church.  Over the years she was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and childcare provider.  She loved her grandchildren dearly and loved supporting them in all of their various school and sporting activities.

Peggy is survived by her husband of 68 years, Fred A. Talley; sons, Jeff Talley and Randy Talley (Dawn) of Mebane and grandchildren Morgan, Hunter, Madison, and Emerson Talley; sister, Carol Thornton and several nephews.  She was preceded in death by her parents Earl Lee and Daisy Dove Hall and sister Nancy McKinney.

A graveside service will be conducted by Pastor Christopher Hamblen on Sunday, January 17^th, 3:00 pm, at Oak Grove Baptist Church Cemetery, 5217 Oak Grove Church Road, Mebane.  Due to COVID-19 restrictions, face coverings and social distancing are required.
