Richard Wiley Bass Sr.

Mr Richard Wiley Bass Sr, 44, of Snow Camp NC, passed away at his home on Monday, August 21, 2023. Richard worked as a roofer at All About Roofing for 15+ years and developed a phenomenal love/hate relationship with his boss, Jeremy Lee. 

Richard is survived by his wife, Teresa Bass, two daughters, Keyonna Bass, Haley Bass (Harrison) and one son, Richard Wiley Bass Jr, his mother, Adele Dixon (Johnny), his brother, Joshua Bass, and sister, Chelsea Bass. 

Richard will be remembered as the life of the party, always cracking jokes and making those around him laugh and smile. He would give you the shirt off of his back and to have him as a friend was to always have someone in your corner. 

In his free time, Richard enjoyed spending time with his family, fishing, snowboarding, water skiing, and riding motorcycles and ATV’s. 

To know Richard was to love Richard! Although he will most definitely be missed by all, we find comfort in knowing he is now reunited with his Dog Cletus, Pops, Father, Grandmaw and Granddaddy Bryson, his Brother Caleb, and Nephew, CJ Butler. 

The family will receive friends at McClure Funeral Home from 2:00PM - 4:00PM on Sunday, August 27, 2023.
