Sherby Mahaley

Mrs. Sherby Willis Mahaley 83, of Prospect Hill, NC passed away on Tuesday April 27, 2021. A native of Leasburg, NC she was the daughter of the late James and Eva Webster Willis. Sherby was retired from A.O. Smith. Survivors include her children, John Carl carver, of Prospect Hill, John Thomas carver and wife Patty, of Prospect Hill; 5 Step Children, 4 Grandchildren and 9 Great Grandchildren, her siblings, Jeanette Walters, Polly Sykes, Elaine Merritt (husband Lawrence Merritt), Angie Oakley (Duck Oakley) and a host of nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her Husbands, John T. Carver and Brice Mahaley, her sister Joyce Mahaley, brothers Jimmy Willis and Nat Willis . A funeral service will be held at 2:00 Pm on Thursday April 29, 2021 at the McClure Funeral Home Chapel in Mebane with the Pastor Alan Bottoms officiating. Burial will follow in Cooper Cemetery alongside her late Husband John T. Carver. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service on Thursday at McClure Funeral Home in Mebane
