Thomas "T.W." Wright Kirkpatrick Jr.

Mr. Thomas Wright “T.W.” Kirkpatrick Jr. 94, of Mebane, NC passed away Wednesday August 3, 2023 at his residence. A native of Orange Co. NC, he was the son of the late Thomas Wright Kirkpatrick Sr. and Lula Nicks Kirkpatrick. T.W. was a retired dairy farmer, mechanic, and worked in postal delivery. He was a member of Hebron Community Church and was a proud veteran of the US Army. Survivors include his daughter, Kathy Coombs (Gerald); his sons, Carl Thomas Kirkpatrick (Pam Boggs) and Mike Kirkpatrick (Dawn), all of Mebane; his 7 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife of 59 years, Louise Atwater Kirkpatrick; a granddaughter, Kelly Dawn Kirkpatrick Lee; a brother, George Howard Kirkpatrick, and his sister, Hazel Lorena Kirkpatrick Windsor. A funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM on Monday August 7, 2023 at Hebron Community Church with the Pastor Dustin James officiating. Burial will follow with Military Honors in the Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 12:45 until 1:45 Pm prior to the service at the church and other times at the residence of the family. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to AuthoraCare Hospice at 918 Chapel Hill Rd. Burlington, NC
