William Garrison Obituary

William Anthony Garrison, 58 of Haw River died Friday, September 11, 2020. He was a native of Alamance County born to William L. Garrison and Mary Sharpe Garrison both deceased. In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his sister, Elizabeth Ann Garrison of Memphis, TN. He is survived by his sister Susan Garrison (Nolan Prestwood) and nephew Garrison Ryan Prestwood of Charleston, SC. and brother-in-law Dennis King and nephew Westley Garrison King of Memphis, TN.
He loved tractors, dogs, and any loud vehicle that shook all over. He loved to walk and when he could no longer walk, he loved to see how fast he could travel in his wheel chair. He was never one to let grass grow under his feet.
Memorial may be made to Ralph Scott Services, Inc. 408 West Trade Street, Burlington, NC. 27217. The family will have a graveside service to celebrate his life at 11am on Septmeber 21, 2020 at Alamance Memorial Park.  McClure Funeral Services in Graham are assisting the family.
